According to relevant regulations in Measures for the Administration of the Accreditation of Inspection and Testing Institutions (Order No. 163) of General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection & Quarantine, our inspection and test center makes the self-declaration to the society as follows:

      Ⅰ.We will strictly implement relevant regulations in Measures for the Administration of the Accreditation of Inspection and Testing Institutions etc., and continuously improve the level of technology, to ensure inspection code of conducts and inspection work quality.

      Ⅱ.We obtain accreditation, inspection qualification of inspection and testing institutions and accreditation qualification of calibration laboratory, and undertake various tests within the approved inspection scope without exceeding inspection scope. It shall issue notarized data to the society, and shall not alter, resell, rent, lend its qualification accreditation and approval certificate.

      Ⅲ.We follow the principles of impersonality and independence, fairness and justice, good faith, and carry out inspection strictly according to relevant technical standards. We ensure that all the equipment in use are under good condition and metrological verifications or calibrations are conducted according to law, and we participate in the performance comparison test regularly. We ensure that the inspection records are true and standard, and ensure the inspection results are correct, fair and objective, and we will be responsible for the inspection results without issuing any false inspection data to the client.

      Ⅳ.We will keep the inspection results and relevant technical data according to relevant national stipulations and protect the confidentiality and proprietary of the client.

      Ⅴ.We will actively cooperate with supervision department on the supervision and inspection according to law and submit annual report on schedule.

      Ⅵ.We will observe stipulations of relevant laws, regulations and rules such as Metrology Law of the People’s Republic of China, Certification and Accreditation Regulation of the People’s Republic of China, Measures for the Administration of the Accreditation of Inspection and Testing Institutions, Accreditation of testing and calibration laboratories. We will consciously accept the supervision from public, clients and media, and undertake corresponding responsibilities and legal consequences according to law if any regulations are violated.
